Troubleshooting
VLC plays audio but no video
Update to the latest VLC version — older builds have known codec issues with some IPTV streams.
Stream loads slowly on first channel change
This is normal buffering behavior; give it a few seconds, especially on 4K channels.
Firewall or antivirus blocks the connection
Add an exception for your player app, since some security software blocks outbound streaming connections by default.
