Troubleshooting
"Invalid credentials" error
Copy-paste the server URL rather than typing it, and confirm there are no extra spaces before or after.
EPG shows no program data
Give it a few minutes after first login — full guide data can take up to 15 minutes to populate on a fresh install.
App keeps crashing
Clear the app's cache in Android Settings → Apps, or reinstall the latest version from the Play Store.
