IPTV Portal Won't Load on MAG Box: Common Fixes

If your MAG box shows no channels or fails to load its portal, here's the diagnostic order that resolves it fastest.
Double-check the portal URL
Confirm it was entered exactly as provided under Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals, with no typos or missing characters.
Confirm your MAC address was registered correctly
The MAC address you sent to support must match your device's actual MAC exactly — see the full MAG setup guide for where to find it.
Reboot the box after any change
MAG boxes often require a full reboot to pick up a new or corrected portal configuration — a simple app refresh isn't equivalent.
Remove old conflicting portal entries
A leftover previous portal URL can sometimes conflict with a new one — clear old entries before adding the current one.
Still not loading? Contact support to confirm your MAC address activation status directly.
